Success Rule Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges Policy
- Return Eligibility Under Australian Consumer Law, you have the right to a remedy if a product or service you purchase does not meet the consumer guarantees. This includes the right to a repair, replacement, or refund1. You can return items within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Condition of Items Items must be in the same condition as when you received them, unused, and in their original packaging. Items that have been opened, used, or damaged may not be eligible for a return.
- Any Products which have a “best before date”, “expiry date”, or “use by date” by which they must be used, which are despatched by us at least 14 days prior to that date, will not be accepted back for credit or exchange for reasoning of short dating.
- Return Process To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your name, order number, and a brief description of the issue. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the package back.
- Faulty or Incorrect Items If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
- Refunds and Exchanges Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. Exchanges are subject to availability and may require additional payment if the replacement item is of a higher value.
- We will inspect all Products returned to us. If you are entitled to a refund then we will refund the price of your item (including the cost of delivery). Returns are usually processed within 7 working days of receipt of a cancelled order, and at the latest within 30 days of receipt. We will refund the original credit card/ PayPal account used to purchase the item.
- Final Sale Items Certain items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. Please check product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
